Learn More Creative Support for People with Developmental Disabilities Overview of Our Services Early Intervention For children birth through age 3 who have a qualifying developmental delay. Early Intervention is provided to the family to enhance the capacity of the family to support their child’s development and learning. Case Management The single entry point for people of all ages requesting determination of eligibility to access developmental disabilities services in Weld County. Program Services A Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) that provides Adult Comprehensive Services (Residential and Day Program) and Supported Living Services. How to Get Started Your support helps us so all can flourish Every year, Envision provides a diverse set of person-centered services that support more than 2,800 children and adults with an intellectual and developmental disability or delay and their families.
